Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Each garment must be shipped from our clothing supplier to us, then carefully heat set and made to order, so please allow 7-10 working days for us to get your order sent. 

Due to current Covid-19 alert levels there may be delays in shipping. Please be patient. 

God Speaks Back will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.

 

Exchanges

We understand that selecting the right style, size or colour online can be a difficult one. Please be aware that colours of clothing and design may vary depending on your monitor. If you wish to make an exchange, please email us at info@godspeaksback.nz within 7 days of receiving your products. 

To make your exchange please provide your name, contact details, address and order confirmation email. We will also need details of the preferred replacement choice (item name, colour and size.)

Once you have been in contact with us we will send a returns bag and a Returns and Exchanges form which must be filled out. There will be an extra charge for returns and exchanges. 

Or you can arrange to send it back yourself. However, in the event that your product is lost in transit, God Speaks Back will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via registered post.

All items must be returned with the original labelling intact and in unworn condition. 

 

Returns

If for any reason you wish to make a return, please email us at info@godspeaksback.nz within 7 days of receiving your products.

Items with a Defect or Incorrect Item

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect or we sent you the wrong item, please email us at info@godspeaksback.nz with your name, order number and a description of the problem and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

God Speaks Back reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by God Speaks Back, a replacement item will be shipped where possible, subject to stock availability or a full refund including postage will be issued.

Refunds generally exclude shipping cost. If for some reason we missed a manufacturing fault or sent the wrong item, we will gladly provide you with a full refund (incl. shipping) or exchange. The shipping cost will not be refunded on change of mind returns.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge on exchanges and returns.

You need to send the original or a copy of receipt either by email or with your return. 

In the event that your product is lost in transit, God Speaks Back will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via registered post. We ask that you allow 7-10 working days from the day we receive your return package for your account to be credited or for a replacement to be sent. 

Items must be returned unworn, with original tags intact.
